Southern Colorado

Located in the Pikes Peak Region, Colorado Springs is the second largest city in the state of Colorado.  Home to the United States Air Force Academy, the United States Olympic Committee, and the historic Pikes Peak, Colorado Springs has managed to maintain the character of a smaller community despite a growing boom in the 1990s. With multiple smaller suburbs and communities in the surrounding area, you have the option of selecting an urban or rural setting for your home, while having convenient access to shopping, entertainment and endless outdoor recreation.

An added benefit to living in Colorado Springs is its proximity to Denver, Pueblo, and the Rocky Mountains. In just over one hour you can find yourself in one of these centralized locations. In less than one hour from Colorado Springs you can find yourself in the beautiful Front Range of the superior Rocky Mountains.
