Referring Providers
Patient Exam Images and Reports are available to medical providers who have
completed the legal web access document and have received a password.
Medical Providers must also maintain a current Colorado License in order to
access patient records. Provider staff may access patient Images and Reports
only under the direct supervision of their Medical Provider.
