Insurance Information
PENRAD Imaging has agreements or contracts with many insurance carriers.
An extensive list of contracts can be viewed on this web site by clicking
below. Questions regarding specific insurance benefits should be directed to
the individual carrier.
Services rendered by PENRAD Imaging are considered 'office-based' procedures
and are often less expensive than services provided at other radiology
facilities.
The list of insurance company agreements is updated on a regular basis.

Insurance carriers that require a special referral or pre-authorization for
radiology services are also noted on the pre-authorization requirement
document. Patients should confirm insurance company
agreements with PENRAD Imaging prior to scheduling an appointment.
